We carry a large selection of new instruments, such as Weltmeister, Hohner, Sophia Marie, Dino Baffetti and Giulietti as well as many rebuilt vintage instruments from student to professional. We also stock a substantial collection of Concertinas, Melodicas and Harmonicas and a large selection of instruction books and sheet music. We offer in store lessons on both Chromatic and Piano accordions.
Our policy on repairs is 90 days to one year, all used instruments have a 6 to 12 month warranty, and new instruments come with a 1 to 3 year warranty (even the Chinese ones!). We are an authorized Weltmeister and Dino Baffetti service center.
Smythe's Accordion Center was started in 1997 in the location of the Menni-Ketti house of music that had been actively teaching music and selling Accordions since the 1930's. Many of the instruments we first restored came from there.
